The harvester charges $45 for his services, harvesting and dressing the pig.
This is in addition to the cost of the pig.

All of our pigs are raised on pasture and have the run of all 160 acres.
They live a good life and eat a healthy diet, which includes a smorgasbord
of grasses and vegetation, (sometimes my garden!) organic grain and organic whey
from our local famous "Cow Girl Creamery" cheesemakers.

Life is good here for all of our critters at Clark Summit Farm.
This is reflected in the fabulous taste and quality of our products.
